Laura with Laura’s Lens Photography will perform production tasks to the best of their ability, but accepts no responsibility for unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to equipment failure, power outages, illnesses, inability to attend and perform services, and/or any other situation where the resulting products are less than ideal. Laura’s sole liability in any case shall be limited to a monetary amount no greater than the total monies paid by the customer. In other words, if a photo session either fails to be shot or is unable to be performed, the customer will receive a total refund of everything the customer paid to Laura’s Lens Photography for the event contracted.
